Completing the six-module Foundation Training is only the beginning of your engineering journey with Milwaukee Tool.
Stage 1 – MILWAUKEE x HCMUTE Early Career Program Build
Build a strong engineering foundation through technical training and real industry exposure.
Stage 2 – First Summer Internship (Year 2)
With your technical foundation in place, you’ll take your first step into real-world engineering.
Join the Milwaukee Tool Summer Internship and apply your knowledge to real engineering projects, collaborate with professional teams, and experience a global manufacturing environment firsthand.
Stage 3 – Advanced Technical Training (Year 3)
Back on campus, the program becomes more advanced and industry-focused.
Year 3 brings a more advanced technical curriculum designed to sharpen your engineering thinking, strengthen the connection between theory and industry practice, and prepare you for the challenges ahead.
By the end, you’ll hold an official Milwaukee Tool Training Certificate - recognition of the capabilities you’ve developed.
Stage 4 – Second Summer Internship (Year 3)
Now with strong technical foundations and advanced experience in place, you are ready to step into real engineering work. During your second summer internship at Milwaukee Tool, you will take on greater responsibility, solve more complex challenges, and apply your learning in a professional environment.
This is where students become engineers.
